How to make the purchase?

You can purchase our art by clicking the "Add to cart" button on the page of the desired product. On the cart page (available in the menu on the top right) click on the "Checkout" button and continue by filling in the contact details. On the Shipping page, you can choose Courier transport (Czech republic only), collecting the art personally at our address or Worldwide Shipping by a courier service. The price of Worldwide Shipping is set for all regions at 500 CZK (approximately 20 EUR or 23 USD). On the Payment page you can select Cash on delivery (Czech republic only) or Bank transfer (we will contact you with details after you finish the order). Receipt of the order is confirmed by e-mail. You can also contact us directly at our e-mail address info@horengallery.com to make the order or if you have any questions.


When can I expect delivery?

We will prepare and send the order within 2–5 working days after we receive the payment. If an extraordinary circumstance occurs and dispatch is delayed, we will inform you immediately.


How do you package the art?

We pay maximum attention to the packaging of works of art, so that there's no damage during transport. We send the work in a sufficiently large box, underlay the free sheet with cardboard as needed and cover it with foil (up to the size of approximately 40 × 60 centimeters). Larger work, which is difficult to put flat into the box, is rolled up and very carefully put into the box. This method is more gentle on the work than the tube, which we use only for large-format art.


What can I expect from prints?

We work with a local printer company to ensure the highest possible quality of our prints. We choose a high quality canvas or art paper. We choose the type of paper and the finish according to our discretion or the artist's idea. If you have your own requirements regarding a glossy or matte finish, do not hesitate to contact us.


What about the frame?

We sell paintings and drawings without frames. In our opinion, the frame is a thing of personal preference. There is also a significant increase in the price of painting and postage. However, it is possible to make a custom solution. Therefore, in case of serious interest, do not hesitate to contact us.


Can I see the art personally before the purchase?

Sure. If you are in Czech republic, we can make an arrangement to see any of the sold art at our address.


What can I do in case my package is damaged?

We are creators, so we have a personal relationship to the art we sell. It is therefore our priority to prevent possible damage to works of art. However, in case of damage during transport, please contact us.


Can I return art that does not match my expectations?

Yes, products can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason.
